How long does it take to process my custom order?
Each piece is handcrafted to order. Standard processing time is 5-7 business days before your item is shipped.
What is your return policy for customized items?
Because our custom pieces are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue.
How should I care for my JC Customs apparel?
To preserve the quality of the prints and fabrics, we recommend washing your items inside out in cold water and hanging them to dry.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Modifications can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, our production team begins the customization process.
